How to Join:

To join the teleconference only, call toll-free 866-699-3239 (US/CN), enter the meeting number then # and press # again (no attendee ID number is necessary).

To participate in the full webcast, follow these simple step-by-step instructions:

  1. A few minutes before the scheduled start of the event, go to https://my.webex.com/join.
  2. Enter the meeting number, followed by your name and e-mail.
  3. Enter the meeting password, wellness, and click “Join Now.” Check the screen for your attendee ID number, which you’ll need to access the audio portion of the training*.
  4. Call toll-free 866-699-3239 (US/CN), and enter the meeting number then #. Enter your attendee ID number and press # again (click the “Info” tab on your computer screen if you have not already received this number).

* For participants in the online portion, you must log into the Web event before joining the audio portion of the call.

Important reminders:

  • You must use the dial-in number to hear the audio component of the Webcast. The online login does not include audio (sound).
  • Plan to join the web meeting at least five minutes prior to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time to allow time to have your computer properly set up.
  • Only those participating in the online portion will have access to verbal and online Q&A and chat tools.
