Why doesn’t the KenkoAire include a wireless hand control?

The Nikken philosophy is based on creating a safe and healthy environment for you in your home, and a wired remote control is the best solution with this in mind. Wireless hand controls would have required either a direct-aim infrared beam like a TV remote (impossible for the signal to be received by the pump underneath the bed) or a radio frequency, which creates electromagnetic effects.

Do I have to break in the bed?

In order to provide equal support, the heavier parts of the body must sink further into the sleep system than lighter parts.
