Tips for doing business:

• Before sponsoring or conducting Nikken business in Thailand, it is the distributor's responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of Thailand.
• Any individual of legal age, legally residing in the territory of Thailand, is eligible to become a Nikken Distributor.
• A distributor may sponsor eligible individuals who reside in Thailand to become Nikken ndependent Distributors.
• All bonuses earned by the individual who does not reside, or the company which does not have registered business office in Thailand, will be subjected to 15 percent flat rate withholding tax.
• All potential sponsors are responsible to provide relevant information, support and training to the prospect.
