Tips for doing business:
- Before sponsoring or conducting Nikken business in Taiwan, it is the distributor's responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of Taiwan.
- Any individual of legal age, legally residing in the territory of Taiwan, is eligible to become a Nikken Distributor.
- A distributor may sponsor eligible individuals who reside in Taiwan to become Nikken Independent Distributors.
- Any foreigner without residence permit is not allowed to conduct any business behavior in Taiwan.
- Any new distributor may cancel the distributor agreement with written notice within 14 days of receipt of agreement by Nikken Taiwan. All the purchased orders cn be returned within 30 days of cancellation The returned products are subject to refund policies of Nikken Taiwan.
- All the bonuses earned by the individual who does not reside or the company which does not have business office in Taiwan, will be deducted 20% from the amount paid.
- All the potential sponsors are responsible to provide the company or Network Marketing information truthfully to the prospects
