Tips for doing business:

  • Romania is a not-for-resale market. Products may be purchased for personal use only and not resold.
  • Individuals must sign up as either a Consultant and Direct Customer or just as a Direct Customer.
  • There are two application forms – a Consultant application and a Direct Customer application form. An individual wishing to become a consultant will need to sign both the Consultant application and the Direct Customer application form. Both these applications must be submitted together.
  • When both these applications are completed and submitted together to Nikken it will be possible to refer other consultants or customers and to receive PV on their and their Direct Customer’s purchases.
  • The PV on any order placed by a Direct Customer will automatically be included in the PV or the Wellness Consultant and orders placed by the Wellness Consultant’s downline will be included in the personal group volume (PGV).
  • An individual wishing to become a Direct Customer will just need to fill out the Direct Customer Application form and as a Direct Customer will only be able to purchase products for personal use.
  • Consultants will not receive a Starter Kit.

General Info:
Any individual of legal age, legally residing in any country of the Nikken European market unit, is eligible to become a Nikken Consultant.

Before sponsoring or conducting Nikken business in the European market unit, it is the Consultant’s responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of each individual country.

No c/o or PO Box addresses can be accepted.

Consultants signed up online must submit a faxed or original copy of their application form within 30 days of signing up.

No other Consultant (sponsors, uplines etc) may pay for a downline Consultant’s product orders. Orders may not be shipped to a sponsor/upline’s address.

It is important that Consultants enter their ID, order number (or bulletin number - ROM) on their bank transfer payments so that the payment can be matched to the relevant order.

Email addresses registered with us must belong to the Consultant(s), not anyone else e.g. the upline, sponsor.

A Consultant may not place any order until at least 70% of previously purchased inventory has been sold or confirmed by the Consultant as used for personal/demonstration purposes.

Office hours for Nikken Europe are from 08:30. -17:00 (BST or GMT), on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 08:30-16:30 (BST or GMT) on Wednesdays.
