- Before sponsoring or conducting Nikken business in the North America Market Unit, it is the distributor's responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of each individual country.
- Any individual of legal age, legally residing in a state or territory in North America countries, is eligible to become a Nikken Distributor.
- A distributor may sponsor eligible individuals who reside in territories in United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico to become Nikken Independent Distributors.
- Any individual who resides in the state of North Dakota is not required to purchase a sales kit to become a Nikken Distributor.
- All products are subject to sales tax on the suggested retail price according to applicable tax rates as determined by the location to which the products are shipped.
- At the end of each calendar year, Nikken will automatically provide a statement of earnings (e.g., 1099 form in the United States) for tax purposes to each distributorship with an annual income of US $600 or more for distributors residing in the United States or its territories.
