A Consultant may not place any order until at least 70% of previously purchased inventory has been sold or verified.
Effective November 2007, is a 20% withholding tax for all IBC Consultants who have earnings from El Salvador. This is to comply with El Salvador tax law for international commission payments.

- Before sponsoring or conducting Nikken Wellness business in New Zealand, it is the Consultant's responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of New Zealand.
- Eligible individuals 18 years or over and residing in New Zealand may apply to become a Nikken Wellness Consultant.
- Overseas Consultants conducting business within New Zealand must be conversant with Nikken Wellness Policies and Procedures
- Under no circumstances may Consultants advertise for sale or promotion, the products, business opportunity or other matters related to the Nikken Wellness business.
- Retail sales are not allowed by International Consultants.
