Tips for doing business:
From 1st March 2009 all Consultants must be registered as Independent Agents to operate a Nikken business or to purchase Nikken products.

• To comply with the legal requirements of a VDI registration, Consultants need to complete a POI form and obtain a Siret number. A copy of Siret registration must be sent to Nikken in order to pay commissions.
• All product orders for customers must be processed as retail orders send directly from Nikken to the customer. This is to comply with the legislation regarding Independent Agents.
• Consultants can make personal purchases at wholesale prices, up to a limit of 400 PV per month. In addition to this, Consultants are also able, once during the lifetime of their contract, to purchase each of the packs to complete a Wellness Home as well as a ‘relaxation’ pack.
• Invoices will be addressed to the recipient of the product orders, so orders that Consultants place for delivery directly to a customer will be invoiced to the customer. The invoice will show the Consultant as the agent and the retail prices that the customer has paid for their products.
• As an Independent Agent, Consultants are registered with and make contributions to the social security scheme in France. Therefore, we are only able to accept a single applicant’s name on the Nikken Application form. The only name appearing on the application should be the person whose social security number has been supplied and is also shown on the Siret documentation.
• Social charges will be estimated and prepaid on retail commission statements and the actual calculation shown on main retail bonus statements including statement of social charges contribution paid.

General Info:
Any individual of legal age, legally residing in any country of the Nikken European market unit, is eligible to become a Nikken Consultant.

Before sponsoring or conducting Nikken business in the European market unit, it is the Consultant’s responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of each individual country.

No c/o or PO Box addresses can be accepted.

Consultants signed up online must submit a faxed or original copy of their application form within 30 days of signing up.

No other Consultant (sponsors, uplines etc) may pay for a downline Consultant’s product orders. Orders may not be shipped to a sponsor/upline’s address.

It is important that Consultants enter their ID, order number (or bulletin number - ROM) on their bank transfer payments so that the payment can be matched to the relevant order.

Email addresses registered with us must belong to the Consultant(s), not anyone else e.g. the upline, sponsor.

A Consultant may not place any order until at least 70% of previously purchased inventory has been sold or confirmed by the Consultant as used for personal/demonstration purposes.

Office hours for Nikken Europe are from 08:30. -17:00 (BST or GMT), on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 08:30-16:30 (BST or GMT) on Wednesdays.
