Tips for doing business:

• Before sponsoring or conducting Nikken business in Colombia, it is the distributors responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, identity card like a foreign resident and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of Colombia.
• Any individual of legal age, legally residing in Colombia, needs to obtain an identity card to be a Nikken Distributor.
• Distributors must provide Nikken with their identity card at the moment they sign up.
• A distributor may sponsor eligible individuals who reside in Colombia to become Nikken Independent Distributors.
• Special Licensing/Tax requirements
  *Identity card: All the distributors must have their Identity card and submit it at the moment that they sign up. *Value Added Tax: Colombia has a 16% IVA Tax. On wholesales, the IVA is assessed on the value of the product, just in the products. The IVA will show separately on the distributors invoices. *Tax Invoices: Nikken Colombia will provide the distributors with a factura any time that they place an order.
