- Before sponsoring or conducting the Nikken Wellness business in Australia, it is the Consultant's responsibility to research and comply with all immigration, visa, and registration rules, tax requirements and other due demands of Australia.
- Eligible individuals 18 years or over and residing in Australia may apply to become a Nikken Wellness Consultant.
- Overseas Consultants conducting business within Australia must be conversant with Nikken Wellness' Policies and Procedures.
- Under no circumstances may Consultants advertise the products, business opportunity or other matters related to the Nikken Wellness business.
