2008 NIKKEN NORTH AMERICA CONVENTION CONTEST RULES

  1. The contest period begins May 1, 2008 and ends July 31, 2008.
  2. Breakaway rollup volume does not apply toward PGV for the purposes of this contest.
  3. Performance requirements (PGV, sponsoring, etc.) are based on activity within the North America market unit.
  4. Consultants must satisfy at least 100PV in order for their PGV to be counted for a given contest month.
  5. Hotel awards are based on one room per winning distributorship and apply to room fees and tax only. All incidentals, including room service, long distance calls, golf, spa treatments, etc. are the responsibility of contest winner.
  6. Hotel awards are valid only at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort during the dates of the 2008 Nikken North America Convention. Hotel specifications, reservation information and reimbursement procedures TBA.
  7. Limit one contest award per distributorship.
  8. All prizes will be awarded as stated. Any additional costs are the sole responsibility of the contest winner.
  9. Awards are not redeemable for cash and non-transferable.
  10. Consultants who do not attend the 2008 Nikken North America Convention will forfeit their awards.
  11. Cancellations after the Consultant has registered acceptance of his/her prize will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee equal to all costs incurred by Nikken.
  12. Participants must be Consultants in good standing with the company during the contest period. Consultants found in noncompliance with the Consultant Agreement or Policies & Procedures are not eligible.
  13. Products cannot be purchased solely for the purpose of contest qualification. Products must be purchased for the purpose of either actual personal use or retail sale to the ultimate customer.
  14. At the sole discretion of Nikken, returns of more than 5% in a winner’s downline may disqualify him/her from receiving any contest awards.
  15. Nikken reserves the right to withhold final approval on all winners, pending verification of compliance to the contest rules.
  16. Value of award earned by a Consultant will be included on his/her 1099/T4A. Nikken reserves the right to determine the value of all awards.
  17. Nikken reserves the right to interpret the rules, prizes and awards of the contest.
