To redeem your reward, you must officially register online using the red "Registration Open Now!" link, located above (Visa and M/C are accepted).

After the contest has ended and commissions checks are run (in mid-August), your name will be posted on the Rhythm of Nikken and Convention microsites and we will begin processing Convention Contest winner reimbursements. (No action is required from you -- the full cost of your free ticket(s) will be automatically reimbursed to the credit card you entered upon registration.) For your convenience, Convention Contest winners will also be notified via email.

And don't forget -- if you complete your registration and book your hotel room at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort (the official headquarters hotel and location of all the convention events) before August 15, you'll receive an additional $25 discount* off your room rate for both Friday and Saturday night!

*You must register and book your room at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort by 8/15/08 in order to qualify for the $25/night hotel discount. The hotel discount is good for your stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort on Friday and Saturday, October 24 and 25 only, and will be applied upon checkout at the hotel.
