I started this program with a lot of weight to lose, and I'm losing it. I've gone from a pant size of a 48 to a 40. People are noticing and the questions are starting to come in.
But I don't tell them I'm on a weight loss program. Instead, I tell them that I'm on the Body Balance Program.
It's important to distinguish between the two, because people start a weight loss program with the notion that it's going to make them instantly thin. When it doesn't, they quit. Therefore, if you approach this as a weight loss program, you're already unsuccessful. But, if you approach it as what it was meant to be — a body balance program — you'll be thrilled with the outcome…just like I am.
