The nice thing about the Body Balance Program is that it’s simple. Other successful programs are complicated and take work to follow — but not this one. It’s especially good for people who are busy all the time. I actually went to a medical meeting in Florida, and while I was there I gained a few pounds. But when I got back, it was easy to start on the program again, and I quickly got the weight back off. My goal is to lose 40 pounds by October, and I don’t see any trouble in doing that.
