Kenzen Very Berry
- 2 level scoops of Vanilla Flavored Kenzen™ Creamy Protein Shake
- 1 cup nonfat or soy milk or PiMag Water
- 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 2-4 ice cubes, optional for a frothy shake
- Combine all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly
Optional variation to include Ciaga: Include 1 ounce of Ciaga™ before blending
Optional variation to include Jade GreenZymes: Include 1 packet or serving of Jade GreenZymes™ before blending
Kenzen Chocolate Banana Blast
- 2 level scoops of Chocolate Flavored Kenzen™ Creamy Protein Shake
- 1 cup nonfat or soy milk or PiMag™ Water
- 1/2 ripe banana
- dash of cinnamon
- 2-4 ice cubes, optional for
a frothy shake
- Combine all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly.
Peach Pie Smoothie
- 2 level scoops of Vanilla Flavored Kenzen™ Creamy Protein Shake
- 1 cup nonfat or soy milk or PiMag Water
- 1 cup frozen or fresh peaches
- 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 2-4 ice cubes for a frothy shake
- Combine all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly.
