Q: Is the program safe to use if a person has high blood pressure or takes medication?

A: As with any product, anyone with a medical concern should consult a physician before use, and bring the list of product ingredients to their health care professional for review.

 

Q: Can I use the Body Balance Program if I am trying to gain weight?

A: Yes, Body Balance can be part of a weight gain program. Use the Healthy Meal Replacement Mix in addition to your 3 meals per day. This will help in building muscle instead of fat.*

 

Q: Will Body Balance products test positive for substances not allowed for use by athletes?

A: No, these are all natural and herbal ingredients.

 

Q: Should I continue taking products like Jade GreenZymes or Ciaga with the Body Balance Program?

A: If you start on the Body Balance weight management program and you're already taking daily vitamins and minerals or supplements, including Jade GreenZymes and Ciaga, and even some other daily vitamins or minerals, feel free to continue with them.

 

Q: What type of healthy meal should I be eating while on the Body Balance Program?

A: A healthy meal would consist of the right volume of food.  Eat healthy foods high in protein, and vegetables, fruits, and grains. Maintain a diet of foods high in essential fatty acids, low in carbohydrates and low in fats.
